Greg Steel Construction is 100% locally owned and operated. Greg has over 20 years’ experience building around the Wānaka area, in addition to a large amount of international experience. He has built everything from large architectural homes in Perth (Australia), Colorado and New Jersey (USA), to smaller buildings in remote places in both Australia and New Zealand.
Greg is supported by Libby, who works tirelessly behind the scenes. From planning to finance, Libby is there to ensure every project runs smoothly.
Core to Greg’s philosophy is the passion to work alongside his clients. Greg believes strongly that every client should love every aspect of their new home. Clients are welcome onsite at any time during the project. Greg works personally on every job, no matter how big or small, ensuring consistency and the smooth running of every project. Communication is the key to success and Greg is always available to answer questions or talk through any aspect of the project.
Greg’s experience working in remote places has provided him with a huge amount of experience in project management and logistics. He loves problem-solving and thinking outside the box to ensure every project, remote or local, runs efficiently, saving you time and money!
